First, we perform a thorough inspection, using thermal imaging to identify any water damage within the roof assembly. We then remove and replace any damaged materials and wet insulation, and make any other necessary repairs to the existing roof.

Restore and Reseal

We then apply the restorative, seamless coating. We apply a ¼”, expandable liquid membrane that expands and contracts in the Pacific Northwest’s varied climate, effectively sealing out water. Each project is tailored to meet your specific needs and budget.
